What was your experience like working with me?
I found our sessions to be thoroughly enjoyable, informative, safe / nurturing, and incredibly impactful. They really helped me to see things more clearly and to address any issues or life hurdles in a way that helped me to understand how I react and how I could help myself moving forward.
What positive changes or benefits have you noticed?
I have noticed a huge difference in my understanding as to why I behave in certain ways, and subsequently how to approach or learn from these behaviours to enhance my responses to situations and people around me. I’ve had some really helpful moments of discovery thanks to these sessions and noticed the benefits very quickly.
Would you recommend my therapy services to others?
I would definitely recommend these sessions to anyone, particularly if you are going through some challenges or periods of adjustment. However, I also think they are really useful sessions as a general check-in. Talking things through with Michelle gave me such clarity and empowerment. Thank you!
What did you find most valuable or helpful about our sessions?
I found the talking part of the therapy incredibly useful because Michelle was so observant when it came to noticing my way of speaking, thoughts, and reasoning. From this, she was able to question and reflect on what I was doing as a way of helping me to see what I couldn’t see! However, alongside the talking therapy, the homework and extra exercises were also invaluable alongside the sessions, with two exercises in particular, that opened up so many discoveries and realizations for me.

Michelle is sensitive, warm, observant, and highly skilled. She creates a safe environment for you to open up and talk, allowing the space for you to express yourself, but also creating a healthy and important dialogue. Her observations and questioning are subtle and kind, and yet can lead to some great discoveries and realizations that create great channels of clarity.
I went to have some sessions with Michelle during a particularly difficult time and her support was invaluable. I felt such a shift and was able to really see what was happening to me and the situations around me, my reactions, and how best to understand / process them.
