Keeping it flexible
When you contact me, by webform, email or telephone, we will agree a date and time that is suitable for you. At your initial session we will explore together what has brought you to relationship or psychosexual therapy and discuss any concerns and expectations you may have. We will also establish if I am the right person to work with you without obligation to proceed further should you not wish to. Payment is required 48 hours in advance of the appointment.
Therapy sessions take place either online or at my therapy room in Winchester, Hampshire. Therapy can be short term (6-12 sessions) or long term (open ended) depending on your needs and usually take place weekly. However, this can be discussed to suit your requirements.
I will do all I can to find a time that suits you with sessions available 8.00am to 8.00pm (UK time) Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday morning sessions available).
